Whilst the land continues to be used primarily for agriculture, solar power is generated at the same time. This opens up opportunities for more efficient land use \u2013 but also raises legal and practical questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the planned <strong>EEG 2027<\/strong> the <strong>Fundamentally changing the framework conditions for agri-PV<\/strong>. The next SonneSammeln webinar will focus on the changes that are planned and the issues that project developers, the agricultural sector and local authorities will need to bear in mind in future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What can you expect?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solicitor <strong>Alexandra Thiel from agrilex<\/strong> provides an overview of the planned legislative changes to the EEG 2027 and explains what impact these will have on agri-PV projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next, we\u2019ll look at how this is put into practice: <strong>Thies Jensen<\/strong>, Head of Land Development at Wattmanufactur, reports on the operation of one of Germany\u2019s largest agri-PV installations.
