However, there is a lack of data on the impact of solar parks on flora and fauna in order to make well-founded decisions on appropriate compensation. The responsible lower nature conservation authorities are therefore often forced to make a <strong>more generous compensation than necessary<\/strong> to demand. These are difficult costs for a project planner to predict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our study <a href=\"https:\/\/sonne-sammeln.de\/en\/biodiversitaet\/biodiversitaets-studie\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/sonne-sammeln.de\/biodiversitaet\/biodiversitaets-studie\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\"Biodiversity in solar parks - a nationwide field study<\/a>\" can be a real help in this situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our study results in brief<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With the publication in March of the <a href=\"https:\/\/sonne-sammeln.de\/en\/biodiversitaet\/biodiversitaets-studie\/\">Study<\/a> we were able to show that <strong>Solar parks not only produce electricity<\/strong> can but <strong>also biodiversity<\/strong>. The study focussed on <strong>Ground-mounted PV systems on agricultural land<\/strong>. Almost the entire expansion is currently taking place here. Our results in figures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>385 plant species<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>13 dragonfly species<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 locust species<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>36 butterfly species<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 amphibian species<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 reptile species<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>13 <a href=\"https:\/\/sonne-sammeln.de\/en\/jagdgebiet-solarpark-was-fledermaeuse-an-den-anlagen-attraktiv-finden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bat species<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>32 <a href=\"https:\/\/sonne-sammeln.de\/en\/voegel-und-solarparks-vortraege-zur-studie-3-6\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bird species <\/a>(territories in the complex) &amp; 64 species as foraging guests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This range of species far exceeds the level of diversity found on intensively utilised agricultural land and thus represents a <strong>Significant improvement with regard to the initial condition <\/strong>represent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The solution: The treasure trove of data from our study becomes tangible<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The study has now been published for six months and has been recognised by both the energy sector and nature conservation organisations, as was recently demonstrated at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturschutz-energiewende.de\/kne-konferenz\/kne-konferenz-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Conference of the Competence Centre for Nature Conservation<\/a> and the energy transition in several lectures and panel discussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With \"Biodiversity in solar parks - a nationwide field study\", we have developed a <strong>Data treasure trove created<\/strong>that wants to be raised. In addition to the study itself <strong>over 100 individual examinations <\/strong>and many other analyses that have been gathering dust in a drawer until now. <a href=\"https:\/\/sonne-sammeln.de\/en\/biodiversitaet\/biodiversitaets-studie\/#solarparks\"><strong>profiles<\/strong><\/a> available for the individual systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a new <strong>3000-page PDF<\/strong> and one<strong> ZIP file with 164 documents<\/strong> we provide project planners, nature conservationists and scientists with the appropriate equipment to recover this treasure trove of data. The PDF thus enables fast and <strong>Precise analyses with the help of large language models<\/strong> <strong>(LLM)<\/strong>. The ZIP file saves 164 individual downloads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strengthening arguments with AI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We hire <strong>Practical tool<\/strong> to provide the best possible data to support assumptions in the nature conservation approval process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With extensive material, a <strong>evidence-based foundation provided<\/strong> often high requirements in the approval process.<strong> to argue objectively<\/strong>. It is often assumed that solar parks have a negative effect, which leads to demands for compensation measures that, as our study shows, are often not necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The comprehensive wealth of data from the bne study puts project planners in a position to do so, <strong>Distinguish proven knowledge from assumptions and assertions<\/strong>.
