About SonneSammeln

SonneSammeln is a knowledge portal that is aimed at different target groups and supports them on their way to climate-neutral energy production. With a special Focus on solar parksthe information is addressed to Municipalities, farmers and those interested in environmental protection and nature conservation.

To achieve the 2030 climate targets, everyone involved must pull together. SonneSammeln builds a bridge between different stakeholders. With the latest Knowledge from practice, politics and science about Ground-mounted PV systemsimportant pillars for PV expansion in Germany.

We are here for you

The SonneSammeln initiative is being implemented by employees of the German Association of the New Energy Economy (bne). 

Alice Brussels-Kurbanov

Project manager

Alice Brüssel-Kurbanov has been responsible for SonneSammeln as Project Manager since July 2024. She complements the team with her expertise in the field of Agri-PV and agricultural topics.  

Alina Uppenkamp

Project manager

As Head of Campaigns and Communications, Alina Uppenkamp joined the team at the German Association of the New Energy Economy in Berlin in May 2021. As a project manager, she always has an overview of the latest news from the energy industry and supports SonneSammeln in matters of design, layout and content.

Bernhard Strohmayer

Project manager

Bernhard Strohmayer joined the Bundesverband Neue Energiewirtschaft as Head of Renewable Energies in April 2020. He is in close contact with politics, business, agriculture and representatives from nature conservation. This makes him an important contact for the creation of energy policy content on SonneSammeln. 

Daniela Feil

Project employee

From June 2023 to December 2025, Daniela Feil supported the team at the German Association of the New Energy Economy (bne). She was responsible for the (technical) further development of the website, the newsletter and the creation of content for SonneSammeln.  

Jonas Uschner

Project staff

Jonas Uschner worked as a project employee at the bne from February 2024 to March 2026 and was the contact person for questions on the topic of biodiversity in solar parks. He was responsible for the topic of biodiversity, including the federal association's study, and supported SonneSammeln's social media presence.
